Liam Laminman
Managing Director
With over 18 years working in the broadcast industry, Liam is used to the pressure of live TV, meeting deadlines and always ensuring the client is happy. Starting his career in broadcast engineering, Liam has worked across broadcast, corporate video production, events and live streaming, providing him with constant awareness of emerging technologies and an endless industry contact list. Liam spends far too much time on Twitter and checking the stock levels of the office's Nespresso machine coffee capsules.
Andy Yates
Technical Project Manager
With an initial background in sound engineering, Andy has worked across many areas of broadcast, from music to live entertainment shows, for all the major broadcasters and production companies. At almost seven feet tall, with size 12 feet, the team can't think of anyone more suited to managing all its OB projects!
James O'Farrell
Head of Live Video
A Cisco-trained Engineer, James heads up all Trickbox's live streaming and webcasting projects. James is at the forefront of emerging IP broadcast technologies and helps to develop all its live streaming systems. If you find him tunnelling into a VPN, just press CTL, ALT, DELETE.
Ruth Holwell
Administrator
With a background of environmental campaigning, and project management, Ruth is our behind the scenes problem solver. Her wild animal biology masters may come in useful when dealing with the best and the brightest of the broadcasting world.
Ziva Conkas
Technical Project Manager
With an initial background in TV and radio production, Ziva has worked in many areas of production, from pre-production to directing, vision mixing and editing. When she found live broadcast it was love at first sight as the job combines two of her favourite things, adrenaline and technical challenges.
Peter Starling
Special Projects Engineer
Peter's strong background in broadcast engineering and his eternal quest never to be technically defeated means there's literally not a client brief out there that Peter can't handle. We store him in a flight case in the kit room and only bring him out for those 'special projects'. If you ever make him tea, make sure it's nice and dark - and definitely without sugar.
