HIRE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Although this is the boring bit, we want to make it as simple as possible.

Individuals

Please supply two forms of identification. One needs to be a personal form of identification such as a passport or driving licence. The second form of identification needs to show the registered address of the hirer i.e. a bank statement, credit card statement or utility bill. Please also fill in the Hire Application Form, sign our Terms and Conditions and send a copy of your ‘Hired In Equipment’ Insurance.

Limited Company or Partnership

Please supply a letter of confirmation on company headed paper as proof of identification. Please include the equipment required, the dates of hire and delivery and collection addresses. This letter will need to be signed by the Company Director or Company Secretary. Please also fill in the Hire Application Form, sign our
Terms and Conditions and send a copy of your ‘Hired In Equipment’ Insurance.

Please note that we do not need the original documents.  Please however ensure that copies are good enough to read and photos are recognisable.

Prices exclude VAT and Delivery on Hire Listings
